WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 3 business days.
You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Jearbuds can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Jearbuds will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment from credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking on "Track Your Order on the bottom and top of the website".
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of the order being placed. When doing so please provide the order number along with the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and reply with any further instructions based on the given situation. Please take note that some products are fully exempt from all returns, such as intimate items personal items and more. Please refer to our Return Policy under Policies at the bottom of the page for more details.

Any product with a 30 day money back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if your item breaks or you are unhappy with the quality of the product within 30 days of delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
